Artist Statement

A student of contraction and expansion, Veronica (she/they) makes what’s heavy light — studying catharsis and intimacy to expand possibility. They love the way their mind wanders, and their madness, pathlessness and questions are an ancestral gift. Vero lives a genre defying life, collaging until completion, stitching together various media until even the darkest corners of an idea have been explored.

Veronica creates as a ritual of devotion. She is committed to the global healing: relationship building, decolonizing, and finding reciprocity with all beings. They hope their work contributes to naming how western technoculture suppresses the radical potential of human creativity collaboration, and spirit.
